A memorial property is a space intended as a final resting place. At YVMP, we believe that a memorial property also provides a special place for your family to continually visit in the years to come. We have multiple sections and property types throughout the cemetery. Learn more below.
Our perpetual care fund is 15% of the purchase price of all memorial properties, which ensures the lasting beauty of your property.

Ground
A ground space is a beautifully developed section of landscape with single or double capacity.

Cremation Memorials
Hillside memorials specifically designed for cremated remains on a hillside slope with a beautiful view of the Rimrocks.
Hillside memorials start at: $690
Columbarium Niches & Ossuary
A niche is a small alcove that has been specifically designed for cremated remains.
An ossuary is a cost-effective repository. Cremated remains can’t be retrieved following placements.

Child & Infant Section
A tranquil section of the cemetery specifically designated for burials of young, loved ones.
Veteran Memorials
Specialty gravesites start at: $460
Distinguished Memorials
Distinguished memorials are special spaces: private gardens, mausoleums, or niches that are completely customizable by the family. Distinguished memorials will be entirely built based on your family’s wishes.
Pet Section
A welcoming section of the cemetery specifically designated for beloved pets.
